Support the Lorenz Center
The Lorenz Center is the place for the interdisciplinary study of the global climate system. We draw the best scientists from math, physics, computer science, and a wide variety of other scientific disciplines and give them the support they need to create innovative new approaches that describe, explain and predict phenomena in climate science. We also hold annual events to engage and educate both our colleagues and the public about exciting new discoveries in climate science.
You can help advance climate science at MIT with an unrestricted gift to the Lorenz Center Fund to support our education and research programs. You can also choose to direct your support to graduate student fellowships, postdoctoral researchers or visiting scientists. For $75K a year (or an endowment gift of $1M), you can name your own graduate fellowship in climate science!
